Every year needless millions die without Christ in Japan. According to
the 2007 Online World Factbook there are 127,433,494 people in Japan.
There are more people that are dying than there are being born in Japan
and the population is on a slight decline. Even though Japan is one of
the few countries in the 10/40 window whose doors are wide open to the
gospel, the World Factbook shows that only 0.7% percent of the
population is Christian. They also show that 84% of the populations is
either Buddhist, Shinto, or both. Many pastors and missionaries need
more support. Abundant Life Missions was started in June of 2005 as a
result of the burning desire that God placed within our hearts to see that
Japan experiences a mighty harvest of souls. We rely on the prayers and
